Full Scottish Breakfast is included the following morning.  A second night's stay features a Luxury Picnic Hamper as a dining alternative, which can be taken in the 350 year old Walled Garden, our Conservatory or even off the Estate. A three night stay includes the same as night one plus two complimentary tickets to visit Rosslyn Chapel or The Borders Distillery.

You will be allocated the best available room at the time of booking excluding the Selkirk Suite which, if you would like to upgrade, has a supplement of £200.
